Free of charge (subsidized) or pro rata cost contribution (2.29 EUR/TU*)

You don't speak German yet and would like to learn general language skills at level B1?

Participation Requirements

You can take part in a state-subsidized German course if you:

Foreign national with a residence permit

German citizen with a migration background

EU citizen

and/or a late repatriate

Course Content

The language course covers important topics from everyday life:

shopping

living

school

work and career

care and raising children

leisure and social contacts

media and media use

you will learn how to write letters and emails, fill out forms and make phone calls in German

You will complete the language course with the Deutsch-Test für Zuwanderer (DTZ), which will certify your language level B1 according to the CEFR.
